To note any declarations of personal and/or prejudicial interests in relation to items on the agenda.

Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960.  The Council will by resolution exclude the public from Items 4 & 5 due to the confidential nature of the business to be transacted and publicity of the item would be prejudicial to the public interest.

  1. Staff Pensions:

 

  1. To consider and determine the appropriate course of action regarding the Town Clerk whose contract is not currently aligned with the National Joint Council for Local Authorities, specifically in relation to immediate enrolment into the Local Government Pension Scheme and the review of previous service years for potential pensionable inclusion. *Business Case Attached*

 

  1. To consider and agree enrolment of office staff into the Local Government Pension Scheme. *Business Case Attached*
