4. Declarations of Interest

To note any declarations of personal and/or prejudicial interests in relation to items on the agenda.

Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960.  The Council will by resolution exclude the public from Items 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 due to the confidential nature of the business to be transacted and publicity of the item would be prejudicial to the public interest.

5. Staff appraisals – to note and agree Mrs Webster’s appraisal

6. To consider next steps for Mrs Barnett concerning Supervisory Role and CiLCA.

7. Pensions – to consider and agree next steps, following actions from July 2026. Timeline and business case attached.
