DPI Form Cllr Victoria Ranford
(2103KB, pdf)
Ward: Severn Vale – Elected
I am a lifelong resident of Quedgeley, having grown up at the old garden centre on Bristol Road, and attended Field Court Infant and Junior schools, and I remain deeply committed to our community. I recently graduated with First Class Honours in Business and Management from the University of Gloucestershire.
In addition to my role as a town councillor, I serve as the Director of Gloucester Foodbank, where I lead initiatives to support residents facing hardship. My professional background includes experience in the financial services sector and managing hospitality venues, which has equipped me with skills in event promotion and community engagement.
I am particularly passionate about food poverty, and was instrumental in setting up the Quedgeley Community Pantry and Community Garden initiatives in 2024. I am interested in enhancing local recreation facilities and maintaining a clean, litter-free environment for all residents.
I am honoured to serve on several council committees, including Finance & General Purposes, Recreation & Amenities, Planning & Development, Community Buildings, and Staffing.
My goal is to contribute to the continued success and well-being of Quedgeley, ensuring it remains a wonderful place for families to live and thrive.
