Steve is Chair of the Council and represents the Quedgeley Central Ward.
Steve is married and has four married daughters, four grandsons and two granddaughters. After moving all the way from Hardwicke, he has lived in Quedgeley for over 30 years.
Since retiring he spends the majority of his time looking after his horses and doing a little show jumping and cross country and enjoying Polo. His other hobbies include Latin and Ballroom dancing, Gardening and Fencing Sabre.
Having adjusted nicely to retirement he feels he has time to do voluntary work and continue being involved with the local community.
Prior to retirement his last employment was with a logistic company running a specialised team responsible for a network of over 1300 locations with a €10,000,000 turnover. Having managed the initial implementation of the service in the UK his knowledge had been employed in the development of the business working closely with Regional Management and other European business units to develop, test and deploy initiatives, whilst maintaining the successful development and growth of the service.
