7. | Weed Killing Hard Surfaces at all sites
To consider and agree expenditure not exceeding the below for M&D to weed kill hard surfaces at all sites as and when required. QCC – hard surfaces at the front & back of building including courtyards and car park = £75.00 per visit. KCC – hard surfaces surrounding the building = £50.00 per visit. KSP – hard surfaces surrounding building and car park = £75.00 per visit. WSC – hard surfaces surrounding building, car park and Astro perimeter = £100.00 per visit.

8. | Aquasafe Environmental – TMV Servicing
To consider and agree expenditure not exceeding £810.00 + VAT for Aquasafe Environmental to service the Thermostatic Mixer Valves as detailed below; QCC – 4 x TMV’s @ £72.00 + VAT KCC – 5 x TMV’s @ £90.00 + VAT KSP – 27 x TMV’s @ £486.00 + VAT WSC – 9 x TMV’s @ £162.00 + VAT

9. | Quedgeley Community Centre
a) To consider and agree expenditure not exceeding £553.72 for M&D to supply materials and repair fence to rear of Quedgeley Community Centre that backs onto 30 and 31 Church Drive.
b) To consider and agree expenditure not exceeding £375.00 for M&D to cut 4 conifers to the side of QCC car park and remove all debris from the site.

10. | Kingsway Sports Pavilion
a) To consider and agree donating hire charges of £27.00 for Kingsway Park Run to hold a Macmillan Coffee morning.
b) To consider and agree expenditure not exceeding £85.00 per unit for South West Hygiene to provide and service feminine hygiene sanitary units at the site.

To consider and agree expenditure not exceeding £85.00 per unit for South West Hygiene to provide and service feminine hygiene sanitary units at the site.
