Cllr Victoria Ranford

Vicky is a lifelong resident of Quedgeley, having grown up at the former garden centre on Bristol Road. She attended Field Court Infant and Junior Schools and has remained deeply committed to serving and supporting her local community. Vicky graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a First Class Honours degree in Business and Management.

Alongside her role as a Town Councillor, Vicky serves as Director of Gloucester Foodbank, where she leads initiatives aimed at supporting residents experiencing hardship. Her professional background includes experience within the financial services sector, as well as managing hospitality venues, giving her valuable expertise in event promotion, organisation, and community engagement.

Vicky is particularly passionate about tackling food poverty and played a key role in establishing the Quedgeley Community Pantry and Community Garden initiatives in 2024. She is also dedicated to improving local recreational facilities and helping to maintain a clean, safe, and litter-free environment for residents to enjoy.

Her goal is to contribute to the continued success and wellbeing of Quedgeley, ensuring it remains a welcoming and thriving community for families and future generations alike.
